ELIGIBILITY

MISS WESTCHESTER or MISS HUDSON VALLEY
Participants must be at least eighteen (18) and less than twenty-seven (27) years of age as of February 1, 2013.

MISS WESTCHESTER TEEN or MISS HUDSON VALLEY TEEN
Participants must be at least fourteen (14) and less than nineteen (19) years of age as of February 1, 2013.

ALL PARTICIPANTS
Participants must be single (never married), never had a child or been a parent, and be a United States citizen.

Participants must be of good health and moral character and a naturally born female.

MISS WESTCHESTER or MISS WESTCHESTER TEEN:
Participants must be EITHER a permanent resident of Westchester County, New York for at least six (6) months immediately prior to the pageant (although they may have attended college or university elsewhere) OR a full-time resident student at a Westchester County, New York college or university for one entire semester immediately prior to the pageant (although they may have spent the summer elsewhere).

MISS HUDSON VALLEY or MISS HUDSON VALLEY TEEN:
Participants must be EITHER a permanent resident of New York State for at least six (6) months immediately prior to the pageant (although they may have attended college or university elsewhere) OR a full-time resident student at a New York State college or university for one entire semester immediately prior to the pageant (although they may have spent the summer elsewhere).

Participants must agree that if selected as MISS WESTCHESTER 2013, MISS WESTCHESTER TEEN 2013, MISS HUDSON VALLEY 2013 or MISS HUDSON VALLEY TEEN 2013, they will abide by all the rules and regulations governing the pageant.

Participants must understand and agree that all issues as to eligibility shall be determined by New York Crown Productions, LLC, and they must agree to abide by that determination both as to themselves and other applicants.
